Continues the study of the techniques of civil litigation begun in PLS 325, emphasizing the Rules of Civil Procedure and the Rules of Evidence during the pretrial, trial, and appeal stages of civil litigation, with emphasis on drafting documents related to the pretrial, trial and appeal stages of civil litigation.
