Prerequisites: EDSP 230 and 350. This course develops basic knowledge and skills using assistive technology as a fundamental resource and support for people with disabilities. It is focused on the needs of the beginning professional in education or other human service fields. Legal mandates, funding sources, information resources, the range of available devices and software will be examined.
