ECON 101. Introduction to Economics.

Introduction to the structure and policies of the American mixed economic system including an explanation of how a price-market system allocates resources and distributes goods, with an introductory comparison to other economic structures. This course cannot be used to satisfy the requirements for the B.B.A. degree; not open to those who have had ECON 201, 202, or equivalent. This course satisfies area studies - social and behavioral sciences for general education.
