Prerequisites: DMS 410, 412A, 416A, 418, 420, 430. Corequisites: DMS 426A, 428, 441, 442A, 450 and RSCI 499C. Restriction: admission into the diagnostic medical sonography program. A study of advanced sonographic techniques including topics such as contrast media, physician-guided procedures, and evaluation of the musculoskeletal system. Four hours of didactic instruction per week for the first eight weeks of the semester.
