Applying for Graduation
An Application for Degree Form can be obtained from Office of the Registrar at the following website: www.moreheadstate.edu/registrar/. This form should be completed and submitted to the Office of the Registrar at least one semester before degree requirements are completed. The Office of the Registrar is located at 201 Ginger Hall. The phone number is (606) 783-2008. A one-time application fee for graduation is required.
