Prerequisites: admission to Honors Program and HON 101, 102, and 201. An interdisciplinary study of great books and influential ideas of the Nineteenth and Twentieth centuries in the humanities and in the natural and social sciences. This course satisfies three hours of an area studies-humanities, natural and mathematical sciences, or social and behavioral sciences for general education.
