DMS 428. Obstetrical Sonography.

Prerequisites: DMS 410, 412A, 416A, 418, 420 and 430. Corequisites: DMS 426A, 438, 441, 442A, 450 and RSCI 499C. Restriction: admission into the diagnostic medical sonography program. A study of sonographic techniques for evaluating the reproductive organs in the gravid state, including the role of the diagnostic medical sonographer in fetal assessment of normal and abnormal conditions. Four hours of didactic instruction per week for the first eight weeks of the semester.
