The Office of Retention Programs provides leadership at MSU for faculty, staff and administrators to provide individualized assistance to MSU students and to make sure that they obtain a sense of direction, receive a high quality education in the field of their choice, complete their degree in no more than five years, and become the employees of choice by employers throughout the region.
