The course is designed for administrators dealing with the basic functions, duties, responsibilities, and the problems or current issues confronting today's practicing school superintendent. The course includes administrative routine, organizations, fiscal affairs, legislation, support services, communication, evaluation and accountability, and instructional leadership.
