Prerequisite: acceptance into the Kentucky Adult Education Leadership Excellence Academy. Corequisite: participation and completion of EDAH 646. This course engages adult basic education program directors in exploring what it means to be a leader in the context of adult basic education and the critical role of staff supervision and support in effective programming.
