A study of modern administrative theories, processes, techniques and responsibilities, with an emphasis on understanding schools as complex organizations and facilitating leadership to create a work climate supportive of excellence in teaching and learning. Emphasis will be given to the organization and administration of the elementary school, middle grade school, and secondary school.
