Ed.S. in Instructional Leadership
Admission Requirements
- One year of full-time teaching experience.
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Acceptance by the Dean of Graduate Programs. Criteria for admission are based on:
- Evidence of superior scholastic performance (GPA 3.5).
- A GRE score of 750 on the verbal and quantitative sections.
- Interview with the applicant by the admissions committee.
- Applicant's background in the area of his/her proposed specialization.
- Recommendations from selected references.
Requirements for the Degree
- Twenty-four semester hours of course work approved by the student's advisory committee.
- Completion of an applied project (six semester hours).
- Comprehensive written or oral examinations.
- Must be unconditionally admitted.
